MEET OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Keith is a founding partner and chairman of Sunrise. He is also the owner of Realvest Management Inc., a company involved with real estate ownership, property management and finance. Prior to that, Keith was a Partner at KPMG Canada in the Real Estate group’s Audit practice for 27 years. Keith sits on the Board of Directors for three publicly traded real estate investment and finance companies. Keith has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a CPA, CA.

Eric is a founding partner of Sunrise. Prior, Eric was an Investment Manager at Lincoln Avenue Communities, one of the nation’s fastest-growing developers of Affordable Housing. Eric’s career started in investment banking with RBC before transitioning to real estate private equity at Northbridge Capital. Eric holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BBA from The George Washington University School of Business.

Sam joined Sunrise as a partner in the summer of 2023. Prior to Sunrise, Sam was a Principal at Granite Park Capital, a real estate company specializing in the acquisition and operation of Affordable Housing. Prior to this, Sam worked in the Investments department for CIM Group (~$35 billion in AUM), where he was involved in the acquisition, disposition and development of over $300M in real estate. Sam has a BS in Finance from University of Maryland, College Park, Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Lauren joined Sunrise in June 2025 as Director of Asset Management responsible for overseeing the operational performance of our portfolio. Prior to Sunrise, Lauren was Vice President of Business Development and a Principal at ElementZ Reconstruction. Previously, she served as Regional Vice President at The Related Group managing a multi-state portfolio of affordable and market-rate properties across thousands of units. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Housing and Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia.

CJ joined Sunrise in October 2025 as a Development Analyst responsible for underwriting and sourcing new affordable investment opportunities. Prior to Sunrise, CJ was a Senior Valuations Analyst at Silbert Realty & Management Company where he focused on evaluating development transactions, asset management, property accounting, and brokerage duties. CJ holds a BS in Finance and a BA in Italian Studies from the University of Richmond, Robins School of Business and School of Arts and Sciences.

Logan joined Sunrise as the Director of Finance in October 2025. Prior, Logan worked at LHP Capital, a large Affordable Housing Developer, where his responsibilities spanned from property accounting to corporate accounting and last serving as a Senior Construction Accountant. Logan’s career started as an AP Analyst with General Electric (GE). Logan holds a BBA and an MBA from East Tennessee State University.

Gabriel joined Sunnrise as a Development Associate in January 2026. Gabriel supports the full investment lifecycle, including underwriting new opportunities, managing transaction execution, and assisting with portfolio management. Prior, Gabriel was the Director of Acquisitions at Lloyd Properties focused on investment and development initiatives and started his career at Evergreen Real Estate Group on their Acquisitions and Development team. Gabriel holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
